IT Support (Summer Job)
IMD
During my summer position at IMD, I focused primarily on a comprehensive inventory reorganization project and user equipment migration. This involved methodically reviewing existing assets, preparing new hardware setups, and ensuring smooth transitions for users with minimal disruption to their workflow. I handled the complete setup process for multiple users, configuring their workstations according to departmental standards and individual requirements. As part of this effort, I developed a PowerShell script to automate the setup of machines specifically for a particular function that the team was also in the process of migrating. The experience gave me valuable insights into managing IT infrastructure changes at an enterprise level while reinforcing my technical troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate effectively with end users during transition periods.
Computer Technician - Systems Engineering
CPNV (Centre Professionnel du Nord Vaudois)
Passionate about IT and motivated to deepen my expertise, I'm pursuing specialized training in systems engineering. This program has already equipped me with hands-on experience in Linux infrastructure setup, containerization with Docker, virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and Proxmox), and cloud solutions using AWS. I've developed automation skills through Ansible and scripting (Bash, PowerShell), while also gaining fundamental networking knowledge through CCNA modules. The curriculum balances technical proficiency with business acumen through courses in ITIL, project management, and business administration. This comprehensive approach is preparing me to design, implement and manage complex IT infrastructures while addressing real-world challenges through practical, hands-on projects.

IT Support Intern
IMD
My one-year internship at IMD proved to be truly transformative, enhancing not only my technical abilities but also significantly boosting my social confidence. While primarily focused on IT support, I eagerly seized opportunities to explore DevOps practices whenever time allowed. Despite the early morning schedules challenging my natural preference for sleep, I maintained perfect attendance and punctuality throughout the entire year—an achievement I take personal pride in. The culmination of this experience was developing and implementing a comprehensive Microsoft Intune and Azure Entra ID infrastructure for my TPI project, where I successfully managed device enrollment automation and security policies across multiple platforms including VMs, laptops, phones, and tablets. I'm profoundly grateful to the entire IMD team who welcomed me warmly and provided invaluable guidance. Their patience and willingness to include me in various aspects of IT operations gave me a well-rounded perspective of professional life. The excellent results I achieved in my TPI project would not have been possible without the unwavering support from my class teachers, experts, and especially my colleagues at IMD, who made even the most exhausting days rewarding and fulfilling.
CFC in Computer Science
CPNV
My professional computing education began with adequate progress during the first year, but faced significant challenges when COVID-19 disrupted normal school operations, causing my academic performance to decline. Rather than continuing with insufficient grades, I made the pivotal decision to restart from the first year (second semester) to rebuild my foundation properly. This "second chance" approach allowed me to maintain my academic standing without counting as a formal failure. I found exceptional support from a class teacher who discreetly helped integrate me into the new class despite my reserved personality. This reset proved transformational, helping me find better academic balance and personal equilibrium. I progressively improved my performance through each subsequent year, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Successfully completing all required modules with significantly improved results after the fresh start, the experience taught me valuable lessons about perseverance, asking for help, and the importance of a supportive learning environment.

Transition School Student
Transition School
During this transitional year, my main goal was to find an apprenticeship while continuing my studies. Aware of the challenges in the IT field, I explored various career paths through internships, including a particularly engaging experience in truck mechanics where I was constantly active and welcomed by a supportive team.
High School Student
High School
As a reserved student during high school, I found my passion in the TMA program (OCOM - Trade-Oriented Skills Options) during my final two years. In the first year, I crafted a guitar from scratch, which I still cherish today, and participated in an unforgettable week-long music camp. Despite never having played guitar before, I learned to perform a song for a concert attended by parents and guests. The second year transitioned to metalworking, where I learned various welding techniques and safety protocols. Under the guidance of an exceptional and attentive teacher, who prioritized both our safety and personal growth, I completed several small projects. The year culminated in a personal project - a metal sculpture of a figure reading a book.
